When we got off the bus and unloaded our things, we met our leaders and did stuff. My group were on a local walk first. We went through the Botanic Gardens and went along a track called Puddle Lane. We also looked at the river which was very low. The meter there showed how high the river was had the water flowing under the one metre mark. After that, we did our dorms and unpacked. We got our Benmore waterproofs and then we got a tour of the building. After that we had a big meeting in the common room and then my group laid the tables for tea. After tea, we laid the table for breakfast. Then we did diary time and after that we went for a night walk. It was a brilliant day!
